SHIPPING & RETURNS

Returns & Exchanges                                
We really do hope that you like your purchase/s but we do understand that sometimes it cannot be avoided.                                
Items that cannot be returned are any items purchased on sale, jewellery pieces  that have a piercing due to hygenic reasons and items that are custom made to order. All other items you can request a refund, exchange or gift voucher within 7 working days from delivery -the shipping will be for your account. Please log the return via email: hello@foryoufromme.co.za -state the item being returned with reason and copy of invoice. Products must be in an unused condition in the original packaging and the refund will be paid to you (excluding the delivery amount).  

                             
Damages                                
For you From Me, accepts returns of damaged products should it occur before signing for the courier.Please check your items accordindly and take a picture immediately .    

                           
Please log the return via email within 24hrs of delivery at hello@foryoufromme.co.za -state the item damaged, share a picture and copy of invoice.              

                 
We will then arrange to have the product collected and assessed.                                 
Once the return is accepted and processed by For You From Me, the replacement or refund will be processed -(refunds via the intial payment method (ie the same bank account/credit card used for the purchase).                                
Please note that all products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received them and logged within stipluated timeframe.                                
                               
NB: Kindly ensure when returning the product that it is packaged  properly and protected. We will not accept items that have been damaged by the return shipping company/courier as a result of improper packaging.                                
                               
Cancelled Orders                                
Whilst we do our best to have stock of all items, we do have times when we do get sold out! Its nature of the online business as tranasctions can happen at any time. Our team will be in contact with you.                                
For you From Me reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of the material or products ordered does not meet our standards.                                 
Should we exercise this right, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.                                
                               
Disclaimer
Handcrafted pieces made with resin / cement are unique and each piece is individually made. As such there might be slight variation, wobbles or microbubbles, which is indicative of the material and the processes. We will always endevor to provide you with the best quality items.

                                
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
